They are proud of their expertise in being able to source and deliver ingredient solutions from international partners, providing comprehensive technical advice and manufacturing support to their diverse NZ client base. Due to the company’s phenomenal growth a new purpose built manufacturing facility has been established and includes several R&D Test Kitchens.
On behalf of our client we are seeking a Technical Account Manager to manage and grow a diverse portfolio of existing client relationships across a broad mix of food sectors, i.e. Bakery, Diary and Meat etc. A key element of your role will also be to identify and optimise new market opportunities outside your client base.

This opportunity will involve managing a broad range of accounts across the NZ Food Industry. The ideal candidate will be an accomplished and results driven sales professional who has had extensive and proven experience within this industry; or alternatively, you may have a strong commercial/technical food science background and you are passionate to secure a client facing role, where you will be able to grow and develop client relationships by utilising your outgoing personality, enviable communication skills and commitment to be a highly successful Salesperson.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, this position will be based in Auckland, with minimal out of town travel, maximum 4 nights per month. Our client identifies this position as an important and pivotal position in their business; accordingly they offer a very competitive salary packaging, including base salary, incentive and vehicle.
