Introduction

Our client is a highly successful international organisation who manufacture infection/contamination control and hygiene solutions. The key focus of this position is the healthcare sector, where you will promote innovative and cutting edge asepsis technology.

Due to their exponential growth in the Australasian market, they are now seeking to appoint a Territory Manager managing the New South Wales area to focus on maintaining/growing existing accounts which is crucial to our client’s continued success. You will also be a highly driven person who is motivated to achieve success and develop profitable new business across the Healthcare Portfolio including DHB’s, Private Hospitals and Private Specialists.

Requirements

Key components of the role include:

  • Promote and sell the company’s products to key stakeholders/customers, working with both the Public and Private Sectors.
  • Provide technical support and educate customers in the use of the company’s products, where you will provide in-service training to both end users and potential end users.
  • Keep abreast of the latest technical know-how of diagnostic/endoscopic technologies and core principles of infection control with regards to instrument sterilization.
  • Present ideas and information with clarity in a logical manner taking into account the specific needs and relative background of a wide and diverse audience, adjusting your style accordingly.
  • Audit appropriate use of products by trained end users within the clinical setting.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key specialities, infection control and product evaluation groups.
  • Contribute to New Product Launches – upskill in product knowledge/performance and attend Conferences, Seminars or other networking events to promote the company’s products and image.

  • Business Savvy – accomplished Relationship Manager as well as capable Business Developer.

  • Ability to identify new opportunities and demonstrate financial awareness.
