QA Technical Analyst (Ref 12/1801/JK)

Introduction

Our client is a 100% NZ owned food manufacturer. You will see these brands in your local supermarket. Using locally sourced ingredients they want to produce good innovative food as well as being a company that is good.

Due to a restructure they now have the opportunity for an experienced Quality Assurance Technical Analyst to join the team. This restructure means that in addition to normal day to day responsibilities you will be given time to take on projects which will help the company as well as allow you to grow and develop yourself.

Requirements

Your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Online verification of the production process
• Review of process check forms
• Managing non-conformances and customer complaints
• Equipment, allergen, environmental monitoring
• Working with NPD on new product development
• Work with production on process improvement

To be considered for this role you MUST have:

• A relevant tertiary qualification
• 5 years’ experience in a quality role within food or pharma
• Proven ability in Quality systems documentation
• Excellent written ability with previous SOP writing experience
• Ability to communicate with all levels of staff

The quality department works between the hours of 6am and 6pm on rotating shifts and therefore flexibility is required in this role. If you have excellent communication, an eye for details and are interested in process improvement and self-development then this role is for you.
