This is a rare & stunning opportunity for a technically adept person who has ideally previously had extensive hands-on experience in service or sales within the gas industry.

Requirements

We are seeking a person who possesses the following:

• Great personality with the ability to quickly build excellent rapports both face to face over the counter and on the telephone.
• Impressive communication and enviable interpersonal skills with a ‘can-do’ attitude towards problem solving.
• Multi-tasking skills whereby you are able to quickly assimilate appropriate action plans and remain flexible to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Skilled at assisting a Technical Sales team in monitoring & actioning orders & enquiries.
• Be energetic and willing to go the ‘extra mile’ to ensure you add value to the customer wherever possible.
• Technically sound – with the ability to adjust your delivery pending the background experience level of the customer.
• Competent computer skills.

Key to your success will lie in your ability to develop long lasting relationships with your customers and also your ability to work cohesively in this small team where you will assist others as required.

If you have previously had experience in the gas fitting and/or plumbing industry, perhaps in a hands-on role where you are now looking for that next step to get ‘off the tools’ yet still utilise your technical knowledge, this could be an amazing opportunity for you.  Alternatively, you may be from an aligned technical background i.e. Fitter etc. & you are able to substantiate your ability to technically skill up in this sector.
